  6. Declaration of the appointee director in Form DIR-2.
  7. Letter of interest in other entities of all the directors by way of Form MBP-1.
  8. Intimation by director in Form DIR 8
  9. No objection certificate in case of change in the promoters, however, the applicant promoters cannot be changed.
  10. Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card is mandatory in case of Indian National and also mandatory for those foreign nationals who are required to possess ‘PAN’ in terms of Income Tax Provisions.
  11. Conveyance/lease deed/rent agreement along with the rent receipts etc. as proof of registered office address.
  12. Copies of the utility bills (mobile bill, telephone bill, electricity bill, gas bill (not older than two months).
  13. In case the registered office is owned by any other entity/person (not taken on lease by company), a letter from the owner permitting the proposed new company to use the address as the registered office of the company.
  14. List of all the companies (with their Corporate Identification Number having the same address, as their registered office address), if any.
  15. Trade mark registration certificate.
