There is no mistake or false evidence needed to make a trademark application perfect. It is not likely to be objective if there is some misleading facts such as the incorrect name of the claimant, main office of the company, and so forth.
If information on the identity of the claimant, the place of origin and all other information found in the trade mark application is incorrect, a trade mark objection is most likely posed.
If the trademark application is filed in the wrong form, the examiner may raise an objection. If a trademark solicitor or representative is to file the claim, the TM-48 form must be submitted and annexed to the application.
If the submission for trademarks is objected to the response must be sent within one month of the day the inspection report has been issued. There was a mistake. The Registrar/Examiner approves the mark after written applications are made, or sends an audition in order to allow arguments to be made in person.
